The role: Design creative, tailored itineraries that exceed guest expectations. Manage bookings end-to-end, from quotes to finalizing details, ensuring seamless execution. Participate in rotational shifts and duties, ensuring round-the-clock care for our valued guests (07:00 15:30 & 09:30 18:00 shifts and Saturday, cellphone and public holiday duty on rotation). Collaborate with colleagues to continually enhance processes and support during peak periods. What Youll Bring: A minimum of 5 years of reservations experience, preferably in an inbound tour operating environment. Comprehensive knowledge of African (specifically southern Africa) travel destinations and reservation systems (Tourplan experience is an advantage).
