What’s the Role?
As the Procurement Transformation & Analytics Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation! You will play a pivotal role in scoping, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence Products tailored for our African operations. This is your chance to lead full-stack development—from data gathering and ETL implementation to modeling and production—while directly influencing some of the most transformative initiatives within our markets.
Your expertise in Data and Analytics will not only drive business success but also empower internal teams by engaging with stakeholders about how these insights can enhance our supply chain services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire data landscape while leading reporting analytics.
- Develop critical reports using PowerBI that inform strategic decisions.
- Train teams on effective use of data tools like Webapps, PowerApps, PowerAutomate.
- Manage the lifecycle of all Procurement and Sustainability information.
- Spearhead large-scale transformation projects that leverage technology for innovation.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
Who Are We Looking For? We want someone who has:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in Procurement or Supply Chain is advantageous).
- A relevant degree in Mathematics, Computer Systems, IT, Engineering or equivalent fields.
- Proficiency with Data & Reporting tools such as PowerBI, SQL Azure; knowledge of ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA is essential!
- Strong skills in Excel along with experience writing SQL queries.
