Function/Department:
Audit Senior
Purpose:
An audit senior will be responsible for conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to clients. Their work contributes to the financial health and success of the businesses they serve.
The audit senior will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the audit division and the audit trainees. The Audit Senior will also take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management or
executives, in line with the firms needs across all divisions.

Audit Manager
Authority over:
Accountants/Trainees/Interns
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Executing audit engagements. This involves planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Preparation of audit reports for management and stakeholders.
- Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues to the Audit Manager as they arise.
- Collaborate with the Manager to guide Juniors and interns to monitor productivity and Workplan schedule.
- Overseeing fieldwork and coordinating deliverables from multiple team members.
- Audit and documentation of basic and complex audit sections.
- Compile financial statements (CaseWare, Draft works)
- Prepare and submission of different types of tax
- Prepare and review management accountants
- Provide timely, high-quality client services, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating all client deliverables.
Requirements:
- Accounting honours degree.
- Completion of audit training or articles is a must.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of audit experience.
- Experience in tax is an added advantage
- No Criminal Record

Key Performance areas:
Key performance areas include, but are not limited to:
- Meet an individual and divisional billing target as determined.
- Meeting submission deadlines to clients
- Ensure the accountants meet their performance targets.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports of the division.
- Ensure timely invoicing of clients.
- Ensure profitability of projects.
- Send out proposals/tenders timely.
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure constant update with clients and superiors.
