This role is based in Holborn and includes eligibility for smarter working policy. This position is perfect for a professional with a strong technical background in housing and property safety, looking to make a significant impact in building safety management.
Day-to-day of the role:
Develop and enhance Building Safety Management systems (BSMs) and safety regimes to improve customer safety and engagement.
Proactively prevent building safety incidents and reduce the severity of incidents should they occur.
Utilize data, site surveys, and customer feedback to anticipate potential issues and implement mitigating actions.
Review, instigate, and record quality assurance interventions to build evidence supporting BSMs and the production of building safety cases.
Serve as a key contact both internally and with third-party stakeholders to ensure building occupants are safe and feel secure.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, and British Standards.
Experience in housing and property management.
Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team focused on customer service, competence, cultural change, collaboration, and information sharing.
Full driving licence and access to transport due to the travel requirements of the role.Benefits:
