We are recruiting for a skilled and driven individual to join our client’s growing Commercial Team. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a rapidly growing and privately owned real estate developer in Central London.
You will play a key role in the team, overseeing the operations and management and ensuring the smooth running of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Conduct regular property inspections to maintain compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

Oversee service charge budgets, utilities, and financial reconciliations in collaboration with internal teams.

Source competitive quotations and manage contractors for maintenance and repair work.

Supervise contractors during inspections, routine maintenance, and project execution.

Maintain accurate records of property compliance, including fire safety and HSE inspections.

Manage and monitor landlord system contracts, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to terms.

Support the resolution of insurance claims, handling issues effectively and efficiently.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance asset performance and value.

Assist in property improvement and refurbishment projects in partnership with in-house teams.

Identify potential risks and propose effective mitigation strategies to protect assets.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in property management

Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with all stakeholders

Familiarity with UK health and safety regulations and compliance standards
