Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent experience
Confidence in managing employee relations and recruitment processes
Able to engage and communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the business
Excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail
