Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commodities Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role combines traditional HR functions with an in-depth understanding of the commodities trading environment. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring the firm attracts, retains, and nurtures top talent while fostering a supportive, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier commodities and broking professionals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in the commodities or financial services industry.
