Job Description:
- Working closely with the General Manager and the homeworking team
- Quality checking all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations
- Processing and chasing tickets
- Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send
- Correct and amend existing bookings
- After sales including processing refunds
- Assisting in the loading of bookings at busy sales periods.
- Responding to email queries from customers and our homeworking team members
- Oversee balance reports and collate staff sales and incentive payments
- Assisting the General Manager with adhoc business tasks and projects.
Experience Required:
- At least 1 year travel industry experience
- Strong administration skills
- Organised
- Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as in a team
- PC Literate and ability to use reservations and website booking systems
- A very strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
The Package:
- Flexible working hours available
- Salary up to £23k, DOE
