As our new Property Project Supervisor, you'll work across the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays UK and Overseas estate. You'll be involved in the project management of a strong pipeline of new property projects and refurbishment of our existing portfolio.

What you'll be doing:
You'll be involved in the end-to-end management of a wide range of property projects across our estate.
You'll maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers and work closely with a variety of other areas of the business.
You'll make sure that all statutory compliance requirements are met and managed effectively as well as assist in liaising and managing any property related requests from the wider business.
Using AutoCAD you'll be responsible for the design of our wide ranging property projects.
What you'll have:
Experience in general construction and fit-out management, ideally from a construction project management background within a commercial property environment.
An academic qualification in Construction and Project Management coupled with recent experience in the project management of commercial fit-out work.
Ability to use AutoCAD is essential.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
Sound knowledge of Building Regulations.
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
Familiarity with construction/project management software such as MS Project.
Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full driving licence is required.
