Description
Develop, implement and optimise manufacturing processes and systems.
Carry out electrical project work from concept to installation.
Engage in problem-solving activities to address manufacturing issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall process efficiency.
Conduct regular system performance analysis.
Backup on-site equipment including server systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
Train and support team members in new processes and systems.
Contribute to the achievement of departmental and organisational goals.Profile
A successful Process Systems Engineer should have:
A time served apprenticeship
HNC in Electrical Engineer / NVQ level 3
Experience running projects from concept to installation
Strong understanding of process system design and implementation
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with current industry practices and standards
