Job Title: Store Manager

OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join a well-established business in Brentwood. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high store standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader to contribute to the growth and success of a well-respected retail business.
You will manage a team, work closely with suppliers, and take responsibility for implementing business strategies to enhance the customer experience and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, passionate about retail, and can lead a team.

A highly driven and commercially minded individual with strong leadership skills
Strong understanding of retail management principles, including store operations, sales targets, and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional shopping experience
Highly organised with excellent planning and organisational skillsThe Role – Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation
Drive sales and profitability by developing and implementing effective strategies
Manage and motivate the store team to deliver results and maintain a positive working environment
Oversee stock control, including stock movement, availability, and ordering
Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends and improve business performance
Monitor and manage store budgets, P&L, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management on store performance
