I am seeking a Temporary Area Operations manager for a Leading Charity Retailer to support the Head of retail with operational support
This is a 3 month contract (possibility of perm)
You will have the following skills and ability –
• Excellent communication skills and be the key link between stores
• Deliver KPI’s and sales targets across the area
• Lead motivate and support a varied team across your area
• Have the ability to plan and organise effectively
• Have strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Be responsible for stores rotas and budgets
• HR support for stores , recruitment , training and return to work interviews
• Support with new store openings
• Be a confident decision maker and have problem solving ability
• Be an analytical thinker who can analyse data to the best effect
• Local marketing to raise profile of the charity
• Drive donations across the area
• Support with recruitment of volunteers
• Effective team leader and motivator
You will be responsible for the the smooth running of the stores supporting the Head of retail in operational and HR functions of the area
