Our well-established client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the HR Advisor role include but are not limited to:

Work closely with management to resolve people challenges

Prepare offer letters, contracts etc.

Implement plans and training for development, monitoring any issues and resolving
-
Providing support to managers to deal with any people challenges or compliance issues
-
Working to agreed timescales
-
Manage complex ER cases from start to finish
-
Support in meetings including disciplinaries and grievances
-
Support the recruitment process from preparing job adverts, to interviewing/offering candidates
-
Manage the entire employment lifecycle

Produce weekly reports and analysis
The ideal candidate for the HR Advisor role:

Must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
-
Have proven HR experience, particularly dealing with complex ER cases
-
Must have up to date knowledge on HR policies and procedures, as well as current Employment Law
-
Have excellent IT skills including HR systems and Microsoft Package
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
