Description
Participate in job analysis and job evaluation exercises
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Participate in the development of role profiles
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents
Support the HR team in any other tasks as required
Participate in HR projects as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholdersProfile
A successful Job Analyst should have:
The ideal candidate should have NJC experience
Would consider candidates that are trained in Hays or WTW or Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology
Proven knowledge of HR practices and principles
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
