The Job
You will be responsible for:
- Designing business plans in line with the Company's strategy and objectives.
- Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
- Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
- Managing a team of 6-10 people.
- Strong general business management acumen.
- Management of all product engineering and product systems.
- Engineering drive and evaluation of new designs and drawings.
- Optimising staff productivity, operational efficiency and financial control for business success.
- Being pragmatic and results-orientated.
- Using initiative, thinking analytically, and thriving under pressure. A natural leader, seeking a role that will best utilise a broad skill-set, energy, experience, and motivation.
- Building relationships with all clients/farmers and understanding the requirements of the end user to ensure the product delivered meets the client requirements.
- Establishing, maintaining, and applying an institution-specific framework of policies, business processes, procedures, and standards pertaining to recording, classifying, monitoring, and reporting on the use and disposition of financial resources.

The Profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Utilities and Real Estate.
- You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised, and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
