Experience:
More than 3 years working experience in the motor sales industry as a Finance and Insurance Manager

Role Description:
- To professionally handle the financial aspect of customer needs when buying a new or used vehicle.
- Serves as the middle person between the bank and customer by guiding the approval process by ensuring that the customer gets financed through the bank and that the customer meets all the requirements from the banks side.
- Sell value added products to the clients and influence the dealer 2nd gross as well as selling the instalments to the customer and ensure they understand the rates
- Ensure the compliance of the dealer up to standards and the files are all in order and compliant.
- This can only be done by a suitably qualified and appointed representative who is employed by or contracted to a registered Financial Service Provider (FSP). Must be able to arrange vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Ensure FAIS Code of Conduct is always applied, Ensure adherence to FICA policy by reporting cash threshold and suspicious transactions.
