Our client in the Automotive Industry, Northcliff, is looking for a Customer Experience Executive.
Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12 is essential
- Customer facing certification or diploma
- Leadership skills
Experience:
- At least 2-years of experience in a customer interfacing role

Role Description:
- Provision of an excellent support service which will ensure a functional and seamless on floor customer experience in which the showroom floor is effectively supervised and supported.
- To ensure optimal customer service to a client on completion of a sale for preparation of the car to be purchased and collected. Ensuring effective onsite customer service as well as after care service.

- Accurate Evaluations of cars
- Ensure proper vehicle inspections administered to identify if cars are worth keeping
