- Organize and oversee staff schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and inspire a team by delegating effectively and nurturing talent.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.
- Conduct staff training, regular evaluations, and performance reviews.
Operational Management
- Oversee the Executive Chefs adherence to food cost guidelines and inventory control.
- Regularly inspect supplier deliveries to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Implement cost-control measures and reduce waste.
- Monitor daily operations and promptly address any challenges or inefficiencies.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to increase productivity and drive floor sales.
