Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales , with at least 3 years in the service industry . Advanced expertise in lead generation , cold calling , and business development strategies. Proficiency in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills). Strong understanding of sales processes , marketing techniques , and negotiation strategies . Prior experience mentoring or coaching junior sales team members is advantageous.
