About the Role:
Linking Humans is thrilled to be recruiting a Lead ServiceNow Consultant on behalf of our boutique client, a growing consultancy known for delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions. This is a unique opportunity to take on a hybrid role that combines hands-on architecture, leadership responsibilities, and acting as the second-in-command within a dynamic, close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, ensuring they align with client business goals.

Develop and implement architectural frameworks to support scalable and efficient ServiceNow implementations.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices, platform optimisation, and strategic direction.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable solutions.

Take a leadership role within the team, mentoring junior consultants and driving quality across all projects.

Represent the company as the number two in the organisation, assisting with operational decisions and strategy development.

Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow trends and technologies, leveraging them to drive innovation within client solutions.
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a senior ServiceNow consultant, with expertise in architecture and solution design.

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and integrations.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding technical teams.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering tailored, high-quality solutions.

ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.

Experience working in a consultancy or boutique firm environment is a bonus.
