About the Role:
Linking Humans is delighted to be recruiting a ServiceNow Technical Architect on behalf of our prestigious client. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions, ensuring technical excellence and aligning platform capabilities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee ServiceNow technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and others as required.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices, standards, and governance.

Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Mentor and support technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to architectural principles.

Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow updates, features, and industry trends to ensure innovative solutions are delivered.
Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or in a similar senior technical role.

Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, integrations, and customisations.

Proven track record of designing and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and frameworks such as TOGAF and ITIL.

Proficient in ServiceNow development, scripting, and API integrations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer, are highly desirable.
