About the Role:
Linking Humans is proud to be recruiting a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) on behalf of our highly regarded client. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in delivering ServiceNow CSM solutions that drive business transformation and elevate customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.

Customise and configure the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, and dashboards, with a focus on CSM.

Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimisation of solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.

Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams during implementation and beyond.

Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, particularly within the CSM module, and apply them to projects.

Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain best practices.
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).

Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and module capabilities.

Hands-on expertise in configuring and developing ServiceNow CSM solutions, including workflows and integrations.

Strong knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.

ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM or Certified Application Developer, are highly desirable.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on client engagement.
