Job Title: Senior PMO Analyst
Duration: 10 months, extensions likely
Location: Wokingham/Hybrid (twice per week requirement in the office and occasional travel to Warwick office)
Salary: 70000 per annum

Join our client, a leading Utilities company based in Wokingham, as a Senior PMO Analyst! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of their dynamic team.
As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will drive PMO activities, including planning, plan tracking, and RAID management in projects and programmes.
Your key accountabilities will include:
Delivering the service catalogue offered by our client's DDT PMO team.
Building and maintaining relationships with Programme Teams leadership, ensuring customer requirements are met.
Collaborating with the central PMO to drive standardisation of process, quality, and cost transparency.
Taking accountability for the cadence of programme and project governance, ensuring standard governance processes are executed.
Supporting the wider Planning, Performance, and PMO team for projects and programmes.
Key Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and technical abilities
Good interpersonal and multitasking skills
Focus on details and logical reasoning
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of MS Project and MS SharePoint is an advantage
To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role. Strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail are crucial.
