Job Title: Project HES Supervisor

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Certification in HES or a related field (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
- Minimum 2 - 10 years of HES project supervision experience.
- Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements: - Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure project environments.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee HES compliance for specific projects, including risk assessments.
- Implement and monitor HES policies and practices on-site.
- Train project staff on HES protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conduct incident investigations and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with project managers to align safety standards with project goals.
