Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: - Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 - 10 years of supervisory experience in facility operations.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements: - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office.
Duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient functioning and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and related services.
- Supervise facility operations and staff, ensuring all systems and equipment function optimally.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate building repairs, renovations, and service requests.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and schedules for facility projects.
- Respond to emergencies and implement contingency plans.
