Beverage Preparation Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, coffees, and teas. Maintain proper stock levels of all bar supplies. Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Adhere to all liquor licensing laws and regulations. Bar Operations Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Control inventory and minimize wastage. Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area for events. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Teamwork Work effectively as part of a team with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff. Assist with other duties as required, such as clearing tables and assisting with food service. Proven experience as a Barman/Bartender in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hospitality setting). Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Relevant qualifications in hospitality or bartending (advantageous).
