Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious, energetic and enthusiastic sales executive to drive sales of the consumer electronics products and financial services in our company. The role is suitable for someone eager to develop their leadership and sales skills while driving sales strategies, generating revenue and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to expand the customer base, drive revenue growth and ensure the company’s strong market presence.
- Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve set sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
- Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide feedback to general manager.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Train the sales team and any other relevant party to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales team to develop their skills and meet their individual targets.
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on lead generation and promotional activities and marketing merchandise.
- Prepare sales budget.
- Regular field sales visits to maintain relationships with customers or partners.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Perform any other task as allocated by the general manager.
- The job entails payment of a retainer salary and earnings of commissions from sales made in a sales area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in retail, handling a huge number of customers is a plus.
- At least 2 years experience in sales.
- Must be willing to work in the field as well as the office.
- Demonstrate ability to deliver sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate ability to conduct training and supervision of the sales staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R12000,00 - R15000,00 per month
