JOB DECRIPTION: Expanding business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing the sales opportunity. Identifying and engaging with new customers via networking, cold calling, emailing and other lead generation techniques. Utilising several tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Sell the Company's products and services by establishing contact, developing relationships and recommending tailor made solutions with new prospects. Develop proposals to meet clients and businesses goals including budgets and timelines. Maintains relationships with ongoing prospects by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending relevant new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements. Pipeline management for reporting purposes and productivity analysis. Mentoring and guiding Business Development Executive (meeting booker) in developing prospecting strategy. Answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members. Comfortable setting and meeting sales revenue targets and KPIs set by management. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Responsible for own pipeline and for full life cycle of the sales process, from prospecting to close. Some form of Sales methodology training. Desired Experience: Fluent German speaker Satisfactory High School and/or University Results At least 3 years of previous sales experience with demonstrable results Cold calling experience is a prerequisite.
