Comparing property values in the area to provide accurate appraisals. Creating detailed reports based on inspections and research. Providing advice to clients on property values for buying, selling, or refinancing. Ensuring all valuations comply with relevant standards and regulations. Keeping up-to-date with market trends and industry standards. Requirements: Completed BCom / National Diploma in Real Estate / Degree in Property Management and other Registered with the SACPVP Will to travel inter-provincially and may be required to travel over weekends Must have own vehicle and valid drivers licence Preferably 5 years post registration experience Must be fluent in English additional languages would be advantageous Computer Literacy: MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
