Customer Service & Office Manager

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service and Office Manager to join our team. While primarily based in our Head Office in Kempton Park, Gauteng, we offer opportunities for flexible working arrangements. About the role
Reporting to the Operational Manager, you will act as the primary contact for all customer enquiries and will endeavor to create unforgettable experiences for our customers through your excellent customer service. You will also act as our internal culture champion, driving culture initiatives and the implementation of our team values.
To best support our customers, you will work closely with our product development and design team to gain and maintain a deep understanding of our products and how they function.
Some of the key objectives in this role include:
- Customer Service Management – Oversee & manage customer service functions, implementing systems to improve efficiency.
- Customer Care - Respond to customer queries through email, phone, and live chat, and seek ways to enhance customer experience.
- Warranty Processing – Investigate and respond to customer warranty claims.
- Record Keeping and Reporting – Maintain CS documents and reports (e.g., Complaint Register & Response Matrix) and conduct customer service meetings.
- Culture Initiatives - Plan and execute culture initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, such as team events, birthdays, and other fun activities!
- Sample Room Maintenance – Ensure the sample room is well stocked and tidy.
- Adhoc duties such as office housekeeping, document generation, presentation preparation, warehouse cleaning, proofing artwork, and so on.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be curious, collaborative, and excited about what we do. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Matric - Diploma would be advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- High attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think critically, creatively, and problem solve.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios and manage complex out-of-the-box enquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
