About the Role
Our Recipe Dish site in Grimsby, a state-of-the-art CIP plant producing premium quality chilled soups and sauces. The site currently employs around 200 people, whilst turning over 30 million. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we couldn't do it without our team. It is a team where everyone counts where we empower you with trust and give you the freedom to deliver. As an Assistant Accountant, you will work within a team of four, supporting weekly and end-of-month accounts management, resolving invoice queries, and handling general ad hoc tasks.

Posting journals
Reporting
Reviewing purchase orders
Completing balance sheets
Liaising with cost centre managers

About You
This entry-level role does not require previous accounting experience. We welcome candidates passionate about starting a career in this field who ideally already have their Level 2 and 3 AAT qualifications.

Key Skills/Qualifications

Level 2 and 3 AAT Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and a "can-do" attitude

The role is based at our Grimsby site, with an expectation to be on-site full-time, Monday - Friday.
