We’re currently supporting one of our long-standing clients in their search for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

🔹 What you’ll be doing:

You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function, providing first-class customer service and ensuring orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency. No two days are the same, but typical duties will include:

Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries
Processing sales orders and bespoke customer requests
Managing email correspondence and maintaining accurate records
Inputting and updating customer data
Filing, general admin, and supporting the wider team as required
Ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at every stage

🔹 About you:

You’ll be someone who thrives in a busy admin role and brings a proactive approach to every task. You’ll also have:

Previous experience in sales support, administration or customer service
A confident phone manner and great communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Solid IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Experience working with bespoke or made-to-order products would be a bonus!

Full time hours: 0800 - 1630 Mon -Thurs / 0800 - 1530 Fri, 39 hours per week
