We are currently looking for a Database Administrator for a temporary contract based in Grimsby. This role will require you to work closely with the marketing communications manager and business development manager.
You will be responsible for entering, updating and maintaining accurate data within the firm's systems, including production of reports.
This role is Monday to Friday 09:00 am - 17:00 pm 25 to 35 hours per week. Flexibility to how these hours are worked can be offered.
Main Duties:
- Accurately review, input and update data in various systems and databases
- Examine data for errors or discrepancies and correct any incompatibilities
- Organise and maintain electronic and paper files
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and reports
- Communicate with team members to clarify data entry needs and requirements
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with data entry and database management essential, and full guidance will be given as to how the firm’s systems and processes work
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office software
- Strong attention to detail; ability to input data efficiently and accurately
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
