What will be your role and responsibilities?
Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT hardware and services.
Facilitate and maintain Hardware Ordering Systems
IT end-user support relating to personal workspace infrastructure (PCs, MFDs, mobile phones, fixed telephony, and video conferencing)
IT end-user support relating to industrial workspace infrastructure (Production printers, scanners, BVIS, and DLOG devices)
VIP support
Administration and steering of software and hardware requirements.
Hardware Lifecycle Management for approved hardware
Support the steering of Model-1 & Model-2 production devices (with full IT support)
IT vendor and supplier management for all end-user services, solutions and hardware deliveries
Action and resolve IT incidents and problems incident management.
Action and coordinate change management as required withing the business
Budget controls for employee telecommunication costs (mobile, fixed, and data usage)
Active Directory maintenance
PRIMA maintenance (Hardware asset Management)
Spend Manager maintenance (telephony fee/spend management)
Essential skills requirements:
IT End-user Infrastructure Support (Including VIP Support)
Hardware Lifecycle Management for end devices
Supplier and Vendor Steering
Contract Management Steering
Budget Control and Planning
Record Management via Prima, ITAM, Active Directory, and CMDB
Developing and Implementing IT Policies and Best Practice
Project Management
Good MS Office skills, special in MS Excel
