Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will support our HR team in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring that our company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in recruiting top candidates for various roles by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, complete required documentation, and receive necessary training.
Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any issues, concerns, or conflicts in the workplace.
Performance Management: Support the performance review process by helping managers set goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement, etc.), and address questions regarding benefits options and enrollment.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies. Assist with audits and maintain HR records.
Training & Development: Coordinate training and professional development opportunities to foster employee growth.
HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and assist in data analysis for HR metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
