DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Graphics Designer/Motion Graphics who will work on different cross-channel/cross-site marketing projects, all aimed at supporting marketing campaigns and offering clients compelling and engaging visual experiences. The candidate should be a learning expert who is creative, analytical, and able to deliver to high standards.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Design marketing and promotional materials including banners, posters, social media post campaigns, and off-site banners, maintaining high productivity, quality standards, and meeting turnaround time targets.
- Design landing pages for brands, newsletters, new offers, and campaigns.
- Design, animate, and create motion graphics assets for XCM, onsite, and other channels.
- Perform other tasks as required to support the publication of a high volume of high-quality videos for XCM.
- Create GIF animations.
- Create slicing for web pages.
- Work on Google banners for deals and new campaigns.
- Create and design new ideas and artwork for events and campaigns.
- Implement creative posts for social media.
- Propose user-centered designs by integrating style guides, creativity, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
- Exhibit an ability to follow creative lead as expected, and also contribute to push the creative envelope in a constructive, memorable way with the customer in mind.
- Successfully lift and adapt global assets for local use.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's qualification in marketing, design, or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and other design platforms
