Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at strategic thinking, and can balance hands-on execution with team leadership. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving client success by designing, implementing, and iterating on paid media strategies while managing client relationships and leading supporting team members.

Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns across Meta , Google , and other platforms such as Tiktok.
Ideate and implement A/B testing strategies to continually improve campaign performance using AI tools for data analysis and insight generation.
Build and maintain landing pages optimized for conversions, with a focus on performance.
Take complete ownership of projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
Communicate campaign progress, results, and actionable insights through regular updates and professional meetings.
Offer persuasive recommendations to upsell services/products that benefit clients’ objectives.
Lead, guide, and inspire supporting team members to execute campaigns effectively.
Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the team, ensuring clarity and precision.
Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Content Creation & Copywriting:

Write and proofread high-converting ad copy for direct and organic campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
Use established copywriting frameworks to craft compelling and engaging content for all platforms.
Build and manage the content machine driving the overall strategy, ensuring consistent delivery.

Technical Expertise & Tools:

Utilize GoHighLevel for campaign automation, CRM, and reporting.
Work with tools like Klaviyo for email marketing to enhance multi-channel effectiveness.
Leverage analytics platforms to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

5+ years of experience in paid media marketing, with expertise in Meta and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of landing page design and optimization for lead generation and conversion.
Proven leadership abilities to guide teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in GoHighLevel is essential.
Excellent copywriting skills with a strong grasp of frameworks and persuasive techniques.
Experience with Klaviyo and email marketing platforms (bonus).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment , managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
