Job Title: Administrative Line Manager

We require the services of a presentable, strong administrative Line Manager with the ability to effectively communicate verbally as well as in writing to our clients, colleagues, and other related third parties.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage email and telephone queries.
Backup in certain key functions.
Tasks as required by Senior Operations Manager.
Leading the Portfolio Assistants.
Checking of monthly financial statements.
Processing of leave.
Assist Portfolio Managers.
Preparation of queries on payments.
Distribute MidCity emails.
Monthly reporting on assistant functions.
Ad hoc functions as and when required.
Assist with new appointments.
Upkeep of master file.
Management of valuation of schemes.
E-wallet management.
Training of Assistants.
Ensure the continuous flow of operations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience in a previous administrative environment.
Must be deadline driven.
Must be able to work with people and in a team.
Knowledge and understanding of internal processes and procedures.
Ability to work systematically and accurately.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to prioritize and excellent time management.
Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning and organizing skills.
Excellent communication skills - verbally and written.
Initiative and drive.

Package & Remuneration

Annual CTC between R240 000 - R300 000
