Job Title: Administrative Line Manager
We require the services of a presentable, strong administrative Line Manager with the ability to effectively communicate verbally as well as in writing to our clients, colleagues, and other related third parties.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage email and telephone queries.
- Backup in certain key functions.
- Tasks as required by Senior Operations Manager.
- Leading the Portfolio Assistants.
- Checking of monthly financial statements.
- Processing of leave.
- Assist Portfolio Managers.
- Preparation of queries on payments.
- Distribute MidCity emails.
- Monthly reporting on assistant functions.
- Ad hoc functions as and when required.
- Assist with new appointments.
- Upkeep of master file.
- Management of valuation of schemes.
- E-wallet management.
- Training of Assistants.
- Ensure the continuous flow of operations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Experience in a previous administrative environment.
- Must be deadline driven.
- Must be able to work with people and in a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of internal processes and procedures.
- Ability to work systematically and accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize and excellent time management.
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent communication skills - verbally and written.

Package & Remuneration
Annual CTC between R240 000 - R300 000
