Introduction

Bureau Veritas Africa is recruiting a TIQ Coordinator to be based in South Africa, reporting to the Africa TIQ Manager.

Technical Diploma or Degree (Engineering, Scientific, Financial)
Fluent in English and French with English as a minimum with good communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent Excel skills and comfortable to learn new software applications.
Organized, with ability to independently create organized processes for administrative tasks
Proficient in Microsoft 365

Complete the tasks assigned
Independently create organized processes and spaces to manage information sharing and presentation
Daily, weekly, monthly data acquisition from Group tools and local or Group information sources.
Data processing and visualization into reports on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word formats
Assist with status tracking, follow-up, reminders, and escalation of overdue actions/audits/complaints/incidents
Updating SharePoint information for the TIQ network
Training and support to the network for Group tools.
