Introduction
Bureau Veritas Africa is recruiting a TIQ Coordinator to be based in South Africa, reporting to the Africa TIQ Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Technical Diploma or Degree (Engineering, Scientific, Financial)
- Fluent in English and French with English as a minimum with good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent Excel skills and comfortable to learn new software applications.
- Organized, with ability to independently create organized processes for administrative tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
Job Specification
Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete the tasks assigned
- Independently create organized processes and spaces to manage information sharing and presentation
- Daily, weekly, monthly data acquisition from Group tools and local or Group information sources.
- Data processing and visualization into reports on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word formats
- Assist with status tracking, follow-up, reminders, and escalation of overdue actions/audits/complaints/incidents
- Updating SharePoint information for the TIQ network
- Training and support to the network for Group tools.
