Key Responsibilities:

As Receptionist, you'll play a central role in the guest journey, including:

Assisting with all aspects of a guest's stay, from booking meals, golf and treatments to luggage assistance and handling queries Checking guests in and out efficiently and warmly Preparing invoices, billing accurately and taking payments Responding to enquiries promptly and in line with brand standards Handling complaints with empathy and a proactive approach, escalating where required Completing daily Reception tasks quickly and efficiently

What we're looking for:

To succeed as a Receptionist, you'll need:
