Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting our products/services, and assisting in achieving sales targets. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and want to contribute to our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Reach out to prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and social media.
Present and promote our products/services to potential clients, tailoring messaging to their needs.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Assist in managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as required.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Previous internship or experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
