Join our growing brand as a Shopify/E-commerce Assistant ! Your role will involve optimizing product descriptions, managing inventory levels, responding to reviews, and ensuring our website is up-to-date. You’ll also handle vendor communications for inventory management and purchase orders.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize product descriptions for all Shopify products
- Regularly review website for errors or outdated information
- Manage inventory levels for all listed products
- Respond to incoming Shopify Reviews
- Update website banners, landing pages, and photos
- Communicate with vendors for inventory management, placing purchase orders, and tracking order status
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in E-Commerce
- 1+ year experience with Shopify
- Resourceful and self-sufficient
- Proactive and organized
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written communication skills
