We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Junior IT Support professional to join our team. Our dedicated Service Desk serves as a single point of contact for reporting problems, logging service requests, and addressing queries.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and possess the skills necessary to set up and configure tenants, maintain and monitor networks and servers, troubleshoot desktop computers and printers and provide general support to end users. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our internal and external clients
Microsoft 365: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 to set up, configure and troubleshoot M365 tenants.
Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail when working on projects, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
SLA Management: Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring that all commitments are met or exceeded.
Network and Server Monitoring: Monitor networks and servers to proactively identify and address issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Maintenance Tasks: Execute routine maintenance tasks to keep systems and networks running smoothly, including updates, patches, and system optimizations.
Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and procedures for IT environments.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with users to understand their needs and resolve their IT concerns.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior IT support staff to learn and grow your skills while contributing to team projects and goals.

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (Advantage)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direction.
• Ability to handle confidential matters, set priorities, work well under pressure with attention to detail.
