We are currently recruiting for a
Building Safety Administrator to join a Well-Established Housing Association within the Birmingham area.
Job role: Building Safety Administrator
Hours: Mon - Fri/ 35 hours
Job type: Temporary contract
Salary: 26,000 per Annum (via umbrella)
As a Building Safety Administrator, you will be responsible for:- Managing and prioritising your own work load
- Have a basic understanding of the Housing Allocations Policy
- Maintain a series of emails and make sure these are processed correctly
- Undertake the duty of processing orders, invoices and nay other contract documentation or data
- Ensure all the relevant certification has been provided for all works completed
- Provide support to Tenancy advisors and officers
To be successful Building Safety Administrator you will have:- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be able to process basic Building maintenance knowledge
- Experience working in a sector surrounding construction and compliance software
- Excellent IT skills
- Good planning and organisation skills
