REQUIREMENTS
Matric, relevant qualification advantageous

3 years in similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery advantageous
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong teamwork skills
DUTIES
Maintain relationships with all customers
Attend site and project meetings and site surveys
Managing spreadsheets.
Dealing with customer queries and snags
Briefing all departments with job requirements
Manage all projects timeously and efficiently.
Attend to ADHOC projects as and when requested by Management or as required by operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Attain new business
Submit workflow reports
Taking full responsibility for customers, assist with resolving debtors queries, updating customer information and additional services as requested within set time periods
Compilation of presentations when required
Adhering to high ethical and professional standards.
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
