Must have BEng or BSc (Civil) Engineering, MEng or MSc.
Professional Registration with ECSA as Engineer (Pr Eng).
Must have 15 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry.
Must have experience in structures.
Must have experience on SANRAL projects.
