Key Responsibilities:
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial statements on a regular basis.
Invoicing & Billing: Generate and send invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Payroll Support : Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation.
Expense Management: Monitor and categorize company expenses, ensuring that all receipts and documentation are appropriately filed and tracked.
Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing tax returns.
Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting assistant, or in a similar role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficient in accounting software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bookkeeping certifications or similar qualifications.
Experience with payroll processing and tax filing.
