Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12
- Suitable Diploma or Degree
- At least 4 years experience in a similar role
- Computer skilled
- Own transport
- Experience with travel arrangements (locally and internationally)
Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to Management.
- Assist with various tasks to enhance Management's efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of the Director's vehicles.
- Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements
- Manage sponsorship inquiries and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including boardroom bookings.
- Handle invoicing and reconciliation processes for vendors.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems.
- Assume full responsibility for Office Manager duties during their absence.
